Accessory Plan / Demand from Sales Order

Purpose

To manage Accessories purchase plan and demand.

Procedure

To find specific orders,

• Enter order # or Reference to search specific order
• Select Location from the drop-down list
• Select the Item from the drop-down list
• Select the Style from the drop-down list
• Select the Customer from the drop-down list
• Click on the Search button to apply filters

Purchase Plan/Demand

• Click on the Accessories Purchase Planning button

• Accessory Purchase Plan (By Style)
• Select the Style ID from the drop-down list
• Select the Accessory from the drop-down list
• Enter the Quantity of the Accessory required to manufacture single piece of the Item
• Enter the Waste Percentage of the Accessory
• Enter the percentage of Extra Quantity of the Accessory required to manufacture single piece of the item
• Set the Required Date of the Accessory
• Click on the Add Item to add entry to the list
• Click on Update Plan to confirm purchase plan
• Click on Accessory Purchase Plan (By Collection) tab to manage Demand

• Select the Accessory from the drop-down list
• Enter the Quantity of the Accessory required to manufacture single piece of the Item
• Enter the Waste Percentage of the Accessory
• Enter the percentage of Extra Quantity of the Accessory required to manufacture single piece of the item
• Set the Required Date of the Accessory
• Click on the Add Item to add entry to the list
• Click on Update Plan to confirm purchase plan
• Click on Purchase Demand tab to manage Demand

• Raqim creates demand automatically against the plan
• Click on the Edit button against the item to modify the demand
• Enter the new Required Quantity and Date

Demand Approval

• Click on the Approve button against the demand to approve, it will open an approval page

• Click on Approve to approve the demand

What is the difference between Purchase Plans by Style and by Collection?

Purchase Plan By Style includes the accessories which are used in the specific style, on the other hand, Purchase Plan By Collection includes the accessories which will be used in all the Items involved.
